Radhika Apte will be seen doing action-comedy for the first time in her acting career in her upcoming film ‘Mrs. Undercover. The film’s trailer has already generated a lot of hype around the film, especially because of Radhika’s never seen before action-comedy avatar.

In an interview with Film Companion ahead of the release of her new film, Radhika revealed that doing comedy for her was a lot tougher than doing action .”Frankly both genres are tough, but for me comedy is a lot tougher”, Radhika admitted.

Revealing the reason behind why she finds comedy a lot tougher than action, Radhika added, “I find comedy a lot more difficult than action because in comedy, you can either fall flat or you can make people laugh, there is no in between. So it’s a lot more risky”.

During the same interview, Radhika also revealed why she doesn’t make as many appearances in award shows as her peers. She reportedly stated that she was asked whether she wanted to attend an awards event because she was nominated for her work in Monica, O My Darling (2022). But she was assured that she would only win if she attended. Radhika told them to keep the prize and decided to simply skip the award show.
