Doctor G on OTT: Ayushmann Khurrana, Rakul Preet Singh, and Shefali Shah’s film that released in theatres on October 14th this year has finally locked its OTT release. Even though the film couldn’t make an impact in theatres, it came up with a unique plot.
It tells you about a medical student who wishes to master orthopaedics but ends up getting admitted to gynecology. Before this, we saw Ayushmann in some one-of-a-kind roles that broke stereotypes. He played the role of a sperm donor in Vicky Donor (2012), early-age baldness in Bala, and many more.
Recently, CinemaRare shared information about the film’s OTT release on its Twitter handle. It lists all the OT releases in different languages and on different digital platforms. As per the source, “Doctor Who” will be accessible on Netflix starting December 11.

About Doctor G
In this film, you will see Ayushmann Khurrana as Dr. Uday Gupta, aka Guddu, who wants to become an orthopaedic doctor but becomes a gynaecologist. How he struggles in society as a male gynecologist and women’s discomfort in dealing with it are shown in the film.
During its theatrical run, the film managed to gross Rs. 25.45 crores in India and Rs. 40.71 crores overseas. It was made on a budget of Rs. 35 crore. Its box office performance was not so good, but the statistics clearly show that it wasn’t a box office failure.
