Just when Hrithik Roshan was missed in the Super 30’s promotion and in one of its song, we hear that the actor has registered a cheating case against him. He is the brand ambassador of a gym called Cult. Fit where a gym user along with other three have lodged a formal complaint against him. As per the complaint, the fitness centers have enrolled a number of people than the people that could accommodate. Hence it is failing to give the required slots as promised at the time of registration.
They said that when the app for the fitness center prevented them to book the slot for the gym they went to the Police to complain about the cheating being done on them. The case was registered at the KPHB Colony police station, which falls under the Cyberabad Police commissionerate. The case was registered against Hrithik Roshan along with two officials of the gym which falls under Cult.Fit Healthcare Private Limited under the charges of criminal breach of trust.
As per reports, the person has been facing this issue from some time and that has kept him and others to come for the work out sessions. He said that despite paying INR 17500, he was not able to find a slot for a workout. The gym has different packages for weight loss which charges them 17500 and 36,400. He was able to get the discount during the launch of the centre. However, he was not able to get the slot. With Hrithik Roshan being the brand ambassador, many people have enrolled at this place.
