Literally meaning the sound made by a punch, Dishoom is an action-comedy-adventure film being directed by the iconic David Dhawan. It will be the second time that we will see him along with son Varun Dhawan who has been cast opposite Jacqueline Fernandez and the hot hunk John Abraham. The movie is also notable for it will bring forth the talented Akshay Khanna who is making an appearance on the big screen after 5 years.
It is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala who is known for his maverick ways and is currently enjoying a purple patch at the box office with back-to-back successful movies being churned out by his production house. Rohit Dhawan, elder brother of Varun, has scripted the story of the movie and it will be interesting to see what he has brought for the audience after Desi Boyz, which turned out to be an average success at the box office. The shooting of the movie has already begun at Mehboob Studio and the next slot will be shot in Morocco.
Touted to be a fulsome entertainment, Dishoom will see Varun speaking Urdu and he is training a good deal to acquire the proper diction and nuances of the language. It will also feature “high-end-bikes” which is some recipe for excellent thrill and adventure. With the beefy John in the movie, cine goers can certainly look forward to watching some fine muscle show and his female fans are greatly excited as he has not made an appearance of late. Last but not the least, it will also have some nice music by Pritam.
