Just when Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide, we saw many of his friends in Industry expressed their shock and pain with their RIP messages. Amidst all this, Mukesh Bhatt was seen saying something different on the late actor. The veteran movie maker was seen saying that he is not surprised to see the Kai Po Che actor taking such an extreme step at this age. He said he knew that something was going inside the late actor.
In an exclusive interview to Times Now, the filmmaker said that it is no surprise to see the late actor committing suicide. While remembering his first meeting with Sushant, he said that he first met when they were looking to cast the late actor for Aashiqui 2. He said it could not happen since Sushant was facing some issues with dates. He then met SSR for their next film Sadak 2, and the two evey met but again things did not work for the film leading the roads once again to Aditya Roy Kapur.
While talking about the same, he said that it is tragic to lose the actor at such an age. This has given the full stop on the career of a promising actor like him. While he further added saying that he talked to him for an hour and realize that he is a disturbed soul. He added saying that he is missing something and something is not connected well in his life. He then even shared the same with his brother (Mahesh Bhatt) that the boy could go way Parveen Babi way. He concluded saying that he is not shocked to see him committing suicide as was expecting some extreme step from him.
Soon after Bhatt statement came in public, they were not taken well as Babul Supriyo the singer and the BJP MP slammed the filmmaker for not guiding him, check his tweet:
