Former Miss Asia Pacific International and Bollywood actress Dia Mirza announced the news of her engagement with her long time beau and business partner Sahil Sangha via micro blogging site Twitter.The 32-year-old gorgeous lady seems to have made her relationship with Sangha official in New York City as she hash-tagged the city’s name in her tweet. Dia tweeted “Officially engaged. #NYC,” on Wednesday.
A trained Marketing and Advertising professional, Sahil has obtained his degree from New York. After returning to India He worked with Sunil Manchanda of MAD Films after returning to India from New York. Then he worked as an assistant director for movie Salaam-e-Ishq. The love blossomed between Dia and Sahil soon after meeting each other. They first met because of their mothers, who are close friends. The love birds also own and run a production house named “Born Free Entertainment Private Ltd”. Sahil was the writer and director of the film “Love Breakups Zindagi”, while Dia and Zayeed featured in this movie. Earlier, Zayed also co-owned the production banner.
Dia stated “A professional partner and a life partner have an integral role to play. Sahil is my peacemaker. He brings calm and a great sense of confidence into everything I do. He is an incredible human being. He is extremely talented.” The love birds were in the United States already to attend the recently held International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Weekend and Awards in Tampa Bay, Florida.They even posed confidently for the shutterbugs as engagement was soon to be made official.The Born Free Entertainment Private Ltd is now looking forward to the upcoming movie “Bobby Jasoos”, which stars Vidya Balan in the lead role.
