Dharma Productions Relaunches Talent Division as Dharma Collab Artists Agency After Acquiring Cornerstone’s Stake

Dharma Productions has acquired Cornerstone’s stake in its talent management venture, Dharma Cornerstone Agency, and rebranded it as Dharma Collab Artists Agency (DCAA). This strategic move expands Dharma’s footprint beyond filmmaking into a broader cultural and talent ecosystem. Under the new identity, DCAA will serve as Dharma’s exclusive platform for artist representation across film, music, sports, digital media, live experiences, and cultural partnerships. The agency will continue to be led by Uday Singh Gauri as CEO and Rajeev Masand as COO, ensuring leadership continuity as it embarks on this growth phase.

With over two decades of experience in talent management, music, live entertainment, and strategic alliances, Uday Singh Gauri aims to broaden DCAA’s reach and develop new verticals. The agency’s focus is to empower artists to build dynamic careers that transcend traditional formats and platforms.

Apoorva Mehta, CEO of Dharma Productions, stated, “Talent has always shaped Dharma’s identity, influencing both our creative choices and how we build for the future. With DCAA, we are creating a structured platform that supports artists across disciplines. This is a deliberate and long-term step toward deepening our role in the creative economy.”

On the relaunch, Uday Singh Gauri added, “DCAA reflects how artists work, express, and grow today. Representation now means cultural insight, business acumen, and moving ahead of industry trends. We focus on nurturing long-term careers across multiple formats, creating meaningful connections between talent and opportunity. It’s about scale, care, clarity, and collaboration.

DCAA’s diverse roster includes actors, musicians, digital creators, and cultural voices such as Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Disha Patani, Rasha Thadani, Aditya Roy Kapur, Harshvardhan Rane, Lakshya, Rohit Saraf, Neeti Mohan, Jonita Gandhi, Orry, and Sumukhi Suresh, among others.

Founded in 1976 by Yash Johar and now jointly owned by Karan Johar and Adar Poonawalla, Dharma Productions is renowned for launching new talent and delivering commercially successful, critically acclaimed films. With DCAA, the studio is evolving into a comprehensive partner shaping careers across entertainment and culture for the long term.
