Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: The Inside Story of 6 Page FIR Against Rhea Chakraborty
With the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father lodging a fresh FIR against the actress Rhea Chakraborty, the case seems to have taken a different turn now. His father KK Singh in a six page long FIR against the Half Girlfriend actor Rhea Chakraborty accusing for abetting his son to commit suicide. She was slapped five different IPC sections in the said FIR. This has made the Patna Police to act fast allowing four officers to reach Mumbai to further investigate the matter and get the relevant documents which proves the allegations against the lady.
The FIR has slapped the cases against the following sections
- 341 for Punishment for wrongful restraint
- 380 for Theft
- 342 for Wrongful confinement
- 420 for Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property
- 406 for Criminal breach of trust
- 306 for the Abetment of suicide, 506 for the Criminal intimidation and lastly
- 120B for Criminal conspiracy.
6 Page FIR – The Key Takeaway
The late actor lost too many films the moment when Rhea came in his life. KK Singh claims that the actress prevented his son to sign any film unless she plays the leading actor with Sushant.
Rhea was seen replacing all the staff members of Sushant with the people she knew. She then started controlling everyone and prevented Sushant from remaining in touch with his family.
She also changed Sushant’s phone number giving him the SIM card of her close friend’s name (Samial Miranda).
She threatened the late actor for exposing him before the world about his mental health documents. This happened when the late actor was planning to wind up his career in Bollywood and shift to Coorg in Kerala. He also was interested in buying a piece of land there for his investment. However, Rhea blocked all his plans by threatening him.
The FIR also states that the actress along with her family members cheated Sushant. They all knew how Rhea controlled the actor.
She made Sushant shift to a resort from his original home stating that it is a haunted place.
It also alleges that the lady often overdosed the actor with his medicines to which she justified saying that the actor was suffering from dengue that made her do that. However, KK Singh denies it.
Sushant had complained about her controlled nature to his father multiple junctures. He even stated that they are forcing him to shift to a mental asylum for treatment.
The FIR also states that 15 Crores were transferred to Rhea’s account from the late actor’s account without seeking the consent of Sushant. Thus the FIR demands to investigate the financial transactions of the actor including his bank and credit cards. This is asked to check how much money was spent on the actress and her relatives.
When Rhea left Sushant’s house on June 6, she took all the evidence with her including the laptops, jewellery, cards, and other important documents. This was done to prevent the late actor from knowing how much money she took it from his bank accounts.
