Dhamaal 4 Release Delayed Again; Ajay Devgn-Led Comedy Now Set for July 3, 2026
The makers of Dhamaal 4, the latest installment in the beloved Hindi comedy franchise, have once again postponed the film’s release date. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed on January 27, 2026, that the film will now hit theatres on July 3, 2026.
The new release date was chosen to coincide with an auspicious day, leading the producers to adjust their theatrical plans accordingly.Originally slated for a March 19, 2026 release, Dhamaal 4 was first postponed by Ajay Devgn who not only stars in the film but also co-produces it—to avoid clashing at the box office with two major releases: Dhurandhar: The Revenge and Toxic.

The date was then shifted to June 12, 2026.Now, the release has been delayed for a second time, with July 3, 2026 confirmed as the final theatrical debut.Directed by Indra Kumar, Dhamaal 4 reunites the franchise’s core ensemble, including Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, and Jaaved Jaaferi. New additions to the cast include Esha Gupta, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patkar, and Ravi Kishan, injecting fresh energy into the comedy series.
The film is produced jointly by Ajay Devgn, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashok Thakeria, Indra Kumar, Anand Pandit, and Kumar Mangat Pathak. With the updated release date, Dhamaal 4 aims to capitalize on the mid-year holiday period and enjoy a clear theatrical window.
