For the Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer film De De Pyaar De, the box office collection seems to have gone well. With the collection reaching 8 Crores on the first day, the film did a decent business at the box office in its first weekend. The weekend collected 13 and 14 crores respectively, while for Monday, it dropped down to 5 Crores and similar was the story on Tuesday as well. The collection for the film has come close to 50 crores as the film now stands for 47 crores after the five days.
If you add up today’s collection, it can cross the 50 Crore mark at the box office. There will be a drop on Wednesday as well, but it is likely to go steady to earn a decent figure till the Salman Khan film Bharat hits the screen. The film has certainly affected the business of Student Of The Year 2 but with average collections during the weekdays, it would be rather difficult for the makers to see their film reach to the 100 crore club.
The film is a rom-com and is produced by the Pyaar Ka Punchnama fame filmmaker, while it was directed by Akiv Ali who has done his debut in direction with this film. The film was produced by the filmmakers including – Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan, and Ankur Garg under their banner including T-Series and Luv Films. The film also has Rakul Preet the Aiyaary actress, while it deals with a story of a fifty-year-old man who falls in love with a girl half of his age.
