Day 6 Box Office Collection for ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’: Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor’s Film Drops, Earns Under ₹2 Crore

Mr and Mrs Mahi’s box office collection on its sixth day has shown a struggle to maintain momentum in earnings in India. According to the latest report on Sacnilk.com, the film earned just over ₹1 crore on Wednesday. Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the film was released on May 31.The report further reveals that Mr and Mrs Mahi has collected ₹1.75 crore on its sixth day, as per early estimates. This marks its first Wednesday since release. So far, the film has managed to accumulate around ₹22.60 crore.

However, it is still striving to surpass its opening day numbers of ₹6.75 crore and achieve double-digit figures. The film witnessed a dip on Monday, earning ₹2.15 crore, and had its lowest collections on Day 5, with ₹1.85 crore. The report also mentions that Mr and Mrs Mahi had an overall 11.31% Hindi occupancy on Wednesday.Directed by Sharan Sharma, the film revolves around a couple’s passion for cricket. Janhvi Kapoor portrays Mahima, a doctor who becomes a cricketer after her husband Mahendra, played by Rajkummar Rao, recognizes her cricketing talent and encourages her to pursue her dreams.

He also becomes her coach. The film features Rajesh Sharma, Kumud Mishra, Zarina Wahab, and others. It marks the second collaboration between Janhvi and Sharan, following “Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.”Expressing her gratitude for the positive response to the film, Janhvi recently conveyed, “Your love has motivated me to keep going and work even harder, pushing myself in my craft.
