Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh joyfully introduced their daughter Dua Padukone Singh in a beautiful joint Instagram post to celebrate Diwali. The family was dressed in traditional attire, perfectly capturing the festive spirit. Sharing the warm family photo, Deepika and Ranveer captioned it, “Dipawali ki hardik shubhkamnayein (Heartiest wishes of Diwali)…”
In the pictures, Ranveer looked dashing in a cream kurta adorned with intricate floral embroidery, paired with a cream-colored bandhgala waistcoat. Deepika dazzled in a deep red or maroon saree complemented by heavy gold jewelry and bangles. Little Dua matched her mother in a charming red frock/kurta.

Deepika and Ranveer announced the birth of their daughter on September 8, 2024, with a simple joint post: “Welcome baby girl. 8-9-2024. Deepika & Ranveer.”
The day before, Deepika was admitted to Mumbai’s Reliance Foundation Hospital with her mother, Ujjala Padukone. Recently, Deepika was seen in Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi Telugu film Kalki 2898 AD, starring alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, and others.
Next, she will star in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The movie also features Shah Rukh’s daughter Suhana Khan, Rani Mukerji, Abhay Verma, Abhishek Bachchan, and more, with a tentative release planned for Gandhi Jayanti 2026.
