Daawat E Ishq is an upcoming Bollywood movie slated to have worldwide release on 5th September, 2014. When translated in English, it stands for “Feast of Love”. It is a comedy drama film that is directed by Faisal Habib and Aditya Chopra is its producer under banner Yash Raj Films. The movie features actors Parineeti Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapur in lead roles. Sajid-Wajid, the music hit duo has composed for this movie.
Daawat E Ishq Plot :
A delicious and well picturised romantic movie that shows the coming together of Parineeti Chopra as Gulrez ‘Gullu’ Qadir, a shoe sales girl from Hyderabad who is completely disillusioned in love, simply because she encounters several dowry seeking men. Aditya Roy as Tariq ‘Taru’ Haidar is a Lucknawi cook has an ability to charm anyone with the flavors and aroma of his kebabs and biryani.
In the clash between diametrically opposite, however, equally spicy cultures among Lucknow and Hyderabad, Taru and Gullu arrive at ‘tuning-setting’ and rewrite the traditional love recipes, while crushing the old fashioned world view, while making their very own ‘masaledar-albeli rangreli pichchar. The movie also stars Anupam Kher and Karan Wahi, making a transition as a television actor to his silver screen debut.
This movie is said to be the second collaboration between Parineeti Chopra and Habib Faisal after Ishaqzaade. Aditya has praised the work of Habib and is proud to be in his movie. Habib is credited to winning the National award and this is this third movie. The filming locations involved Mumbai and Hyderabad. Parineeti received some formal training from the well known actress Elahe Hiptoola for getting that Dakhini accent. Lyrics are given by Kausar Muni. This movie is expected to be enjoyed by the audience and the romantic duo of Parineeti and Aditya Kapur has acted well and would make the crowds to rush to the nearest theatres.
