Crew’s Box Office Success Continues: Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti Starrer Earns ₹29.25 Crore in India, ₹15 Crore Overseas on Day 3

Crew Box Office Collection Day 3: The Bollywood film ‘Crew’, featuring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon, hit the theaters on Friday, March 29. The box office collection on Day 3 showed a significant surge in domestic business compared to the previous day.

According to the film industry tracker Sacnilk, the movie garnered ₹29.25 crore net during its three-day theatrical run. Early estimates suggest that on Day 3, the Rhea Kapoor co-produced film earned ₹10.25 crore net.

On the opening day, the film collected ₹9.25 crore net, as reported. However, the collection increased over the next two days. On March 30, it earned ₹9.75 crore net.

Rajesh Krishnan directed the film, which had an overall Hindi occupancy of 28.85% on Saturday. Apart from Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon, the cast also includes Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma.

The film is jointly produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Anil Kapoor Films & Communication Network. Anil Kapoor Films & Communication Network claimed in an Instagram post that the movie grossed ₹20.07 crore worldwide on Day 1 and ₹21.06 crore gross on Day 2, bringing the total to ₹41.13 crore gross. The production house had previously stated that this remarkable achievement marked the highest collection for a female-led movie on Day 1.

Film trade analyst Sumit Kadel, in a social media post, expressed that the movie ‘Crew’ had surpassed all pre-release expectations and calculations in its two-day total. He anticipated that Day 3 (Sunday) would yield higher numbers than the first two days, eyeing an impressive ₹33 crore+ in its opening weekend.

Sumit Kadel further stated that after a strong debut on Good Friday, ‘Crew’ maintained its momentum with another day of double-digit collections on Saturday.
