Confirmed: Exclusive: Deepika Padukone to play a fitness instructor in Shakun Batra’s Film
The last time we heard about this film by Shakun Batra was a year before when he announced that the film has Deepika Padjuone along with Ananya Pandey and the Gullyboy fame actor Siddhant Chaturvedi and Dhairya Karwa. The film seems to be stranded with the current situation since the past one year. The makers are yet to release the title for the same and thus have kept other details of the film having them under the wrap. So, it would be fair to say that no one knows about this movie.
As per reports, Deepika Padukone seems to be playing the character of a fitness instructor, while the film happens to be a domestic noir drama. The makers including Dharma Productions and the writers have denied talking about it but reports of Bollywood Hungama confirms the same. Besides, the makers have also shared about the details of the storyline, while the plot says that Ananya plays the sister role of the leggy lass, whereas Siddhant is the leading man.
Dhariya plays the love interest of Ananya in the film. Kakun however, has a story with complex relationships in the film and somewhere even deals with the extra marital affair which has to be done with great sensitivity.
