Rumours mention Saif Ali Khan being roped in for ‘Aankhen 2’ opposite Amitabh Bachchan and Jacqueline Fernandez
After the prodigious popularity of the Netflix web series, Sacred Games, Saif Ali Khan has been making the headlines once again. The vivacious acting of the actor, Saif was pretty notable in this web series.
Rumours are pretty high on Saif Ali Khan’s roping in for the sequel planned for the Filmmaker Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s film ‘Aankhen’ that was released in the year 2002. The film turned out to be the best thriller films of those times and now it’s time to go for a sequel of the film with a number of turns and twists of the classic cult. It is being said that the film makers are pretty interested in roping in Saif Ali Khan for the lead role for the film.
Earlier this month, sources also revealed about Amitabh Bachchan and Jacqueline Fernandez being roped in for the sequel. It was the most buzzing news headlines but, with this new addition of Saif to the overall kitty, media has been looking over the conformation for the same. However, no official confirmation has yet been suggested or affirmed from both, the filmmakers and Saif’s side. So, all we got to do is wait until the final confirmation hits the social media as these days most of the movie makers are using the social media itself to clear their sides on every issue.
Talking about the work front of Saif, he will soon be seen in Ajay Devgn’s ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’, where he is reportedly playing the antagonist. The film will however clash with Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Chhapaak’ which is an acid attack survivor’s true story. It stars Deepika Padukone in the lead role.
