Bollywood Film Producers Now Demand A-List Stars to Slash Down their Fees after COVID 19
The current Covid 19 outbreak seems to have wrecked havoc in the society. The industry seems to be in bad shape as it has been hampered in a big way with the lockdown. As the lockdown continues, we see the film producers and makers facing tough times in terms of investing in their next ventures. As per Bollywood Hungama portal, the A List B Town stars will not get what they had been getting earlier for their films.Â
They have been charging a whopping amount when it comes to going for their films. Now, all the top film producers have come forward with their verbal appeal to the A List stars that they will not be able to pay them the huge fees, which they have been giving before the advent of the virus. As per the same reports, a producer director without getting him named claimed that after Covid 19, it will be a different world all together and hence the A List actors like Aamir Khan, Akshay or Salman have to be real.
On the other side, we have seen actors like Aamir Khan and Akshay Kumar giving the offers to the producers to become the co-producers for their upcoming projects and share the profit or loss for their films. The other film producer also claims that even there will be a change in the mode of payments as well. They will not be able to pay the same way as what they used to do before the COVID 19 outbreak. They further claim that a huge recession is looming ahead. The producers further claim that this is not a suggestion but the only solution that can be worked out at this tough time.
