Chehre starring Amitabh Bachchan has a new Release Date to avoid clash
Big B had a couple of films lined up to release this year which include the mystery thriller Chehre with Emraan Hashmi. The film has remained in the news for various reasons, right from the gripping story to star cast and the filmmaker Rumi Jaffery. As per reports, the movie was supposed to release on 24th April, but as per the latest buzz, the makers have pushed the release date to 17th July 2020.
Yes, you heard it right and thus have to wait a little longer as it was supposed to clash with yet another Big B film called Gulabo Sitabo. The film is a comedy-drama and it has Big B and Ayushmann Khurrana and it is releasing on 24th July 2020. Since Big B wanted to avoid the clash, he requested the makers to push the date of Chehre that led us to get a new release date. It was Taran Adarsh the trade pundit who declared the new date.
Talking about the new release date, the producer Anand Pandit said that he has got the special request from the makers of the other film Gulabo Sitabo which was also backed by Big B. He said that since he and Soojit Sircar the maker of Gulabo Sitabo has maintained a good rapport since all these years, he is happy to accept his request. Now, the film will release on 17th July. Since GS makers are keen to release their film in April, hence Pandit felt pushing the date to July for Chehre.
