Is Richa Chaddha Paying the Price for Rejecting Casting Couch?
With the death of Sushant Singh Rajaput in the last month, the debate against nepotism seems to have found enough space on social media. It seems to be an Insider Vs. Outsider debate within the industry. Thanks to Kangana Ranaut who ignited this issue with her fierce message on social media lambasting Karan Johar and star kids. Richa Chaddha was one of them to be vocal on this issue as she has been the victim as an outsider. As per the hindi.oneindia.com news, she spoke a lot about the various issues any newcomer has to face.
Industry is a dead body townÂ
She talked about the industry calling it to be a town of dead bodies. She wrote this in her recently launched blog where she called the industry with the words of a famous poet Sahil Ludhianwi which says that death is cheaper than life here.
Evil Vs. CompassionÂ
She further wrote in her blog saying that the industry is divided into an insider and outsider world. While she claims that the entire ecosystem of this industry is divided into evil and compassionate people. She further added that both the insider and outsider have these people. She then said she had to face the price for slashing down her role for being an outsider.Â
On NepotismÂ
She said that she hates nepotism but not the star kids. She further added that it is no big deal to see any star kid not doing well just because his or her father or mother is a star. She dislikes this very idea that a star kid should be a star only. You are what you are!Â
On FilmmakersÂ
She said that the same filmmakers who have mourned the death of Sushant Singh Rajput have replaced the actresses only because they have rejected the idea of sleeping with them. She then ended saying that there are few filmmakers who even jeopardise the career of newcomers, especially ladies.Â
