Chashme Baddoor 2 is happening with Sunny Singh & Fatima Sana Shaikh as lead stars
The makers of Chasme Baddoor is back and this time they come up with the plan of making a sequel of it. The film has remained a timeless movie in B Town particularly with the veteran actors like Deepti Naval and Farooq Shaikh, which was directed by Sai Paranjpye. Now, the modern age film is directed by David Dhawan and it was presented well with an interesting and similar kind of plot in the year 2013. The film had an ensemble star cast with Taapsee Pannu along with Ali Zafar, Divyendu Sharma, and Siddharth.
The film was directed by Sajid Samji and if reports are to be believed, the makers are back with the sequel and they have even locked the title for the same calling it to be Chashme Baddoor 2. They have even decided the star cast with Sunny Singh in a male lead role, while for the female lead, it is the Dangal girl to be seen in this role. She will be playing the role of Ms. Chamko the same role that went to Deepti Naval in the original film.
In the prequel, the film had Taapsee Pannu playing the lead role of Ms Chamko, while Fatima is yet to sign the film but the sources close the sequel claim that she has given the consent for the film and is likely to soon sign the dotted line. With this, the two would be the fresh pair for the film, while it is produced under the banner of Zee Studios and it is expected to hit the floor by this year-end.
