Chennai, Bengaluru companies declare July 22 a holiday for Kabali release

It happens only in India especially when you have a movie release of superstar Rajnikanth. Come 22nd July it will be a holiday at cities like Bangalore and Chennai on account of the release of the said film called Kabali.

This came in the backdrop of the mass bunk planning from office due to the release of the film this day. This led the companies to announce the special holiday on 22nd July to allow their employees to catch the movie without hassle. Many were seen going on a sick holiday others planned to switch off their phones to catch the first day first show of the film.

The first company to announce the holiday was the one called Opus Waterproofing company based in Bangalore, which posted the notice in their premises along with doing the same over Twitter leading others to join the row. Soon Fhydus India Pvt Ltd from Chennai announced the same while there were company who also gave their employees free tickets to avoid piracy.

The release of Rajnikanth starrer film has always maintained a good hype in the media along with the other spaces. Considering the huge buzz in the media, the companies in the south especially from the cities like Bangalore and Chennai announced the holiday on the release day – 22nd July.
