Catch the First Look of Rani Mukerji from her Next film Mardaani 2

Rani Mukerji is a competent actress and she works hard to get into the skin of the director. Her performance in the prequel of Mardaani has impressed many when she played the lady cop from Mumbai Crime Branch wherein she dealt with an important issue of child trafficking in the capital. The film was highly acclaimed when it hit the screens so the makers decided to embark upon the second part of the film making it an important franchise. Rani this time will be seen in the role of an SP or Superintendent of Police who deals with a dreaded 21-year old merciless villain.

Rani Mukerji is back in news when her film Mardaani 2 hits the floor. The makers have started the shooting and the first look of the actress from the sets have been surfaced and it is going viral over the web. She started shooting for the film yesterday in Bombay and someone managed to get her first look as she was busy in the sets. The makers have kept the story under the wraps but little has been said about the casting of the movie as well. The makers have roped in a young man to play the negative role whom Rani as a police officer would be dealing.

For this man, the sequel would be his debut movie in B Town. The makers claim that the boy is very promising and would certainly going to give his best performance over the silver screen. The role simply requires a blood-chilling and menacing performance and people are very much excited to find out what this young man would be doing in the sequel. The film is Produced by Rani’s hubby – Aditya Chopra, under the banner of Yash Raj Films, while this will be Rani’s next film after her last movie called Hichki. The film Mardaani 2 also has given Gopi Puthran the debut in direction who is also the writer of the prequel.
