Naagzilla Wraps Mumbai Schedule; Kartik Aaryan’s Film Moves to Delhi for Final Shoot

The buzz around one of 2026’s most anticipated films, Naagzilla, starring Kartik Aaryan, continues to grow. The media has been actively bringing exclusive updates, and here’s the latest: the shoot is progressing steadily and is expected to wrap up by the end of February 2026.A source shared with Bollywood Hungama, “Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba completed a month-long schedule in Mumbai with Kartik Aaryan. The Mumbai schedule was wrapped up on January 31, and with this, 70% of the shoot is now complete.”
The source added, “The Naagzilla team is heading to Delhi later this month for a three-week schedule. The completion of the Delhi shoot will mark the end of filming for the movie.” Produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Mahaveer Jain’s Mahaveer Jain Films (with Mrighdeep Singh Lamba as a partner), Naagzilla is a fantasy comedy featuring Kartik as a shape-shifting naag.

Reports suggest that Ravi Kishan will play the antagonist, while Sreeleela is cast as the female lead. Interestingly, she also stars opposite Kartik in his other 2026 project, an untitled musical saga directed by Anurag Basu.The source further revealed, “Naagzilla began filming on November 1, 2026, and thanks to meticulous planning and the dedication of the cast and crew, the shoot will be completed within four months.
Despite the challenges of this unique film, Kartik balanced promoting his Christmas release Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri (2025, also produced by Karan Johar) while giving his all to Naagzilla.
