Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani’s Yodha postponed again; to now release in September 2023
The action-thriller ‘Yodha,’ starring Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani, and Raashii Khanna, has a new release date. The film’s original release date of 7 July, 2023 has been pushed back until 15 September, 2023.
Taran Adarsh, a trade analyst, revealed the news on Twitter.

It’s worth noting that this is the second time the Yodha’s release date has been pushed back. The film was supposed to be released on November 11, 2022, however it was pushed back to July 7, 2023.
Yodha is directed by debutantes Sagar Amre and Pushkar Ojha, and the film’s core plot revolves around a plane hijacking. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions in collaboration with Shashank Khaitan are producing the film. The film’s production has already concluded, and it is currently in post-production.
Following the success of Student Of The Year (2012), Kapoor & Sons (2015), and Shershaah (2021), this will be Sidharth Malhotra’s fourth collaboration with the Dharma Productions.

According to media reports, Yodha will be the first film in Dharma Productions’ multi-film action franchise. The film began production in November 2021. Although little is known about the film’s plot, Sid will appear in an action-packed role and in a new avatar. Sidharth’s first image was released online last year, where he is seen brandishing an automatic rifle. This is Sidharth’s first collaboration with both Disha and Rashii, who play female leads.
Disha Patani has previously been in action films such as Baaghi 2 (2018) and Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai (2020), whereas Rashii Khanna is a novice to Hindi cinema, having appeared in Hindi web series such as Farzi and Rudra: The Edge of Darkness.

Sidharth Malhotra, who recently tied the knot with actress Kiara Advani, was most recently featured in the spy thriller ‘Mission Majnu,’ which was released directly on Netflix on January 20, 2023
