The SRK’s sea facing home – Mannat has always made news in the media. At times for being the most expensive homes in the city and the country and other reasons as well. Now, it is back in the news for being covered by plastic sheets. As per reports, the sheets have been added for its protection from the Mumbai rains. The pictures of the place seems to have gone viral on the social media. Since the city has recorded the highest 24 hour rainfall since 2015, it was obvious to see SRK taking some action to secure his abode.
The city recieved 1,024 millimetres (mm) of rains in the recent past, which is 122% of its monthly average claims the Hindustan Times reports. Earlier, when SRK was asked as to how much would be charge to rent a room in Mannat, he said it take around 30 years of his hardwork. SRK is known to have the most expensive stuff in his possession with Mannat. When he relocated to Mumbai, there were no trends to have cottages and bungalows and then he wished to have the large size home leading him to get Mannat.

Earlier, SRK hasa revealed how his wife Gauri never liked staying him small apartment and people from her home often called her staying in a small home. This broke the desire in SRK to have a large home, which ended up getting the bungalow for him.Talking about his work, he is now gearing up for his next Netflix Orignal venture called Class of 83.
