What! Enforcement Directorate Rejects Rhea Chakraborty’s Plea Push the Summon Date
Just when we heard that Rhea Chakraborty has requested the ED to push the date for recording her statement, we now hear that the lady’s plea has been rejected by the body. They have issued summons to investigate the money laundering case and Rhea has requested to push the date till the hearing of the Supreme Court comes out. With the rejection, the lady will now have to appear before the Enforcement Directorate to record her statement.
She mailed to the ED department Thursday night, which requested them to postpone the date, and later the news was even confirmed by her lawyer Satish Manshinde. As per reports, Manshinde has requested the ED with the said reason. However, the ED was not in mood to accept any plea for any reason and they have rejected the request of the lady appearing before them via email.
The other news reports also confirmed that the ED has even asked the former flatmate of Sushant Singh Rajput – Siddharth Pithani to record his statement this Saturday in Hyderabad. Rhea will be appearing on the given date before the ED. The department will be enquiring about the money laundering case as the allegation was made by Sushant’s father that the lady has squeezed 15 Crores from the late actor’s account. Even Rhea’s family members will have come under radar with this FIR.
