It is almost four years when we saw Rani Mukherjee in the film Mardani when she played the fierce cop from Mumbai Crime Branch. She took a break for her maternity thing and now when she is settled with her daughter, she is back on the silver seen. She will make her comeback with the film Hichki, which has tons of expectations. You can find her in a never seen avatar called Naina Mathur who is a teacher but goes out of the way to make things happen for her students. The makers after releasing a few posters have embarked with its trailer.
So, as we look at the trailer, it seems to be yet another power packed performance by the lady. The film is released with Yash Raj Films’ official Facebook handle with the presence of Rani Mukherje herself. The film is directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, while it is produced by Maneesh Shaarma, while it is slated to hit the theatres on 23rd February 2018. The film talks about the various issues that people face once being tagged like underdogs with the lady at the core of the story. The trailer showcases the lady in the teacher role who happen to be the teacher of the ill-mannered students who are seen bullying her.
On the other side, we see the lady the victim of Tourette syndrome that often brings too much hiccups of the lady. At times, a number of see as her weakness, but at the same time do not leave her confidence. She is seen taking up the challenge of not simply finding out her own inner strength, but at the same time depending upon the students find the right path in life.
