Emraan Hashmi has been trying hard to step inside the character of Mohd Azharuddin the former Indian Cricketer for his upcoming movie Azhar. He took long lessons from Azhar followed by carrying out long hour practices on the pitch to get an edge over his character. The movie is produced by Ekta Kapoor, while is directed by Tony D’Souza. The film is a biopic revolving around the personal and professional life of the cricketer in the film titled Azhar. The character of Azhar‘s wife called Naureen will be played by Prachi Desai, whereas who will play the character of Sangeeta Bijlani in the movie.
