As the days for Independence Day appears, we know we have a bunch of collection from Bollywood. This time we have three films coming, which certainly include the John Abraham starrer film Batla House. John and his makers are often fond of I Day releases and hence we see his film chosen for this day to release. The film is based on a real-life incident based in Delhi’s area of Okhla called Batla House where a bunch of alleged terrorists were gunned down by ACP Sanjeev Kumar and his group.
John Abraham plays ACP Sanjeev Kumar for the film, while many called it to be a fake encounter and the makers also feel the same since we see posters from John Abraham was shared on the Microblogging site called Twitter proclaiming the same that says a date was decided and a home was identified for a fake encounter in the year 2008. While sharing the teaser with his Twitter handle, he said that he still remembers the echos of the gunshots done 11 years ago in Batla House.
He then wrote, its time now to catch the real story behind the encounter. The film has been making news for clashing with two more films including Akshay Kumar starrer movie Mission Mangal and Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer film Saaho. The trailer of the film would be releasing on 10th of July till then the makers have released the teaser that gives the basic idea about the film.
