OMG! Ali Merchant slaps Payal Rohatgi on the Lock Upp show!

The controversial reality show ‘Lock Upp,’ presented by Kangana Ranaut, has all the ‘masala’ to keep the viewers on the edge of their seats. Since its premiere in February, the Ekta Kapoor-produced show has been catching attention with brutal physical battles, passionate confrontations, love angles, and disclosing dark secrets. Ali Merchant and Payal Rohatgi got into an ugly altercation during an assignment in the most recent episode. Things escalated to the point when Ali yelled insults at the actress.

It all started when Rohatgi revealed her nominations for the charge sheet to the opposition team. Her own teammates were irritated with her because they believed she was not playing for the team. Then, ‘an irate’ Ali went to Payal and said, “You think you are smart? Even my driver and managers have better brains than you. We came to you thinking you are all alone being as you have been punished. No one should trust you, she is the biggest liar. Chugli chachi.”

The actor also chastised her for appearing on the show with two personalities. Payal summoned everyone to her detention zone the next morning to discuss the nominees for the charge-sheet. Chetan Hansraj, a popular TV actor who recently joined the show as the 15th competitor, was also displeased with Payal, telling her she came across as a “double dholki.”

Later, Poonam Pandey convinced Payal to give up during a task. Recently, Payal Rohatgi’s boyfriend Sangram Singh has slammed Kangana Ranaut over her ‘uncalled behavior’ with his girlfriend on Lock Upp. The Common Wealth Champion wrestler said, “The host is the parent of any show. Hosts are meant to be fair and give every contestant a chance to speak. Here Payal is not being allowed to speak and everyone a used or verbally attacked her.”

Later, Poonam Pandey convinced Payal Rohatgi to leave the task. Sangram Singh, Payal Rohatgi’s lover, recently criticized Kangana Ranaut on Lock Upp for her ‘uncalled behavior’ with his girlfriend. “The host is the parent of any program,” the Common Wealth Champion wrestler added. Hosts are supposed to be impartial and allow each candidate an opportunity to speak. Payal is not allowed to talk, and everyone has verbally or physically assaulted her.”
