Both Neeraj Pandey and actor Akshay Kumar are inseparable. They have done a couple of movies in B Town and each one of these have done great at the box office, be it Baby or Rustom, the films were really cool surprises for the audience in B Town.
Neeraj has his upcoming movie in the form of a sports biopic known as MS Dhoni: The Untold Story based on the captain cool life Mahendra Singh Dhoni. He really wanted to rope in Akki in some of the roles, but failed to do so. In fact, the filmmaker called this efforts to be an impossible act to rope in the Roustom actor.
The looks of the actor is of a grown up actor and he could have failed to play the teenager role unlike the way Shushant Singh Rajput has managed to do so well over the silver screen in the MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. Playing a character of 16-17 years for playing a young Dhoni was impossible for him.
So, despite all the intention to rope in the Roustom actor in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story movie, the filmmaker had no option but to choose Shushant Singh Rajput for his movie. The film is releasing on 30th September.
Talking about Shushant’s performance in the film, Pandey said that he is pleased with the performance of the actor in the movie. The director simply enjoys making the patriotic films especially when he manages to get a decent collection on the same. In fact, with MS Dhoni, he has tried to add the color of patriotism.
