Sherlyn Chopra files police complaint against Rakhi Sawant for derogatory remarks
When it comes to controversy, Sherlyn Chopra and Rakhi Sawant are two of the most well-known names. Following the filing of an official complaint against MeToo accuser Sajid Khan, who is presently participating in Salman Khan’s reality series Bigg Boss 16, both actresses recently engaged in a verbal spat. Rakhi was the one who performed exaggerated impressions of the actress crying in front of the press in order to make fun of her in front the media.
Sherlyn has formally filed a police report against the actress for making disparaging remarks about her character after growing tired of the back and forth and insults from Rakhi’s side. Sherlyn revealed to ETimes that Rakhi’s legal team has filed a complaint against her after she indicated a desire to beat and kill her. She stated, “My legal team has filed a case under the IPCs 503 (Criminal Intimidation), 499 (Defamation), 500 (Punishment for Defamation), and 509 (Word, gesture, and act intended to offend the modesty of a woman).”
Sherlyn questioned Rakhi’s strategy, pointing out how she was disseminating untrue information and had turned into someone who was going after the solidarity of the #MeToo victims. She went on to say that the 43-year-old actress regularly puts her husbands and boyfriends on memberships only so she can embarrass them in the media. ETimes reported on her, “These industry Tommys aim to undermine the solidarity of the #MeToo victims. They are disseminating incorrect information, such as the notion that Sherlyn Chopra is a pornstar or vaishya. What is Rakhi Sawant’s method of operation? She comes across as cheap and demeaning. She plans exclusive parties, puts boyfriends and husbands on a subscription, robs them, and degrades them in public. She begs nonstop, as we are all aware of how she operates.”

The 38-year-old model claimed that because Rakhi continuously voicing her support for Raj Kundra and Sajid Khan, she has turned into a “tommy.” She questioned why she wasn’t attempting to identify the director of the filthy videos she claimed to have seen. She said, “If she wants to go legal as well, then I am ready for the action,” to end the conversation.
