RM wasn’t active for a while on his Instagram, but now the actor has returned with a bang, dropping pictures of his latest mission, which is his gym schedule for the day. This guy made us sweat by showing off his hardcore workout, making us sweat even when we haven’t stepped into the gym.

- V-squat 12 x 4 (80 kg)
- Lunge 2 laps.
- Military (press) 10 x 4 (15 times)
- hanging 15 x 2
- Peck Deck Beck 12 x 3 (25 kg)
- Sideways raising (6-5-3 kg) 10 x 3
