Brahmastra star cast Ranbir and Alia Announces the release date
As Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is gearing up for her next schedule for their film Brahmastra, we now hear the two sharing the release date. The film had been pushed twice with a new release date and this is the third time we have seen a new release date. This will be their final 20 days shooting schedule in Mumbai which will carry a couple of romantic sequences and some patchwork as well.
Earlier the film was supposed to hit in December 2019 and later it pushed to Summers 2020 and finally, the new release date has been shared by the lead star cast which is on 4th December 2020. Talking about the delay in the release date, it is primarily due to the heavy VFX work that would be carried out for the film, which is both times consuming and daunting in nature. Ayan has shared his concerns about the delay for missing Christmas 2019 in his long Instagram post, have a look at it as under:
Talking about the VFX efforts, the director said that there are many things to be done in it and considering the finishing touches to be given to so many things seen in the film, they have to push the release date to December 2020. Ayan calls this film to be his magnum opus and so is for Karan Johar who is producing it. The VFX effects are to be carried out at Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Studio. As we know King Khan has one of the best places for VFX effects.
