Bollywood Mourns for Tom & Jerry Creator Gene Deitch’s Demise


The TV Cartoon Show – Tom & Jerry seems to be the favorite of many. People simply used to love a lot about the characters in the show. The man behind creating this awesome cartoon show was none other than Gene Deitch. And per the latest, the man behind the show and the character is no more. The US based illustrator has won Oscars for his work and was a known animator apart from being a producer and director in Hollywood. 

He has given top films and cartoon shows including  “Tom And Jerry” and “Popeye The Sailor”, which will be remembered a lot. He left this world at the age of 95 and has been staying at a Prague apartment since the last few days, the report. Ever since the news came out for his death in the media, the B Town celebs seems to be remembering him and paying tribute. Vicky Kaushal was seen sharing an adorable picture of the late animator and is seen hugging the characters Tom and Jerry while he shared the same on the Instagram story.

He wrote thank you for making his childhood so amazing. Then came the B Town divas like Daisy Shah, Zareen Khan and Bidita Bag who also shared similar feelings for the man and made their childhood so awesome. Daisy Shah was seen sharing the story on Instagram and so was the case with Bidita Bag who shared saying that this is the same man who has made their childhood memorable and then prayed for him to make his soul rest in peace.
