The lockdown seems to have affected the B Town industry in a big way. Most of the movies waiting to be released on the big screens have to wait for long to see things happening in this favor. This has led the makers to take another way out to release their movies. These include relying on the OTT platform. We have already seen some makers of the films announcing the release of the film on the OTT platform ever since the mega star Big B and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer film Gulabo Sitabo has hit Amazon Prime.Â
Well, there are a few films that would be releasing on the OTT platforms, have a look at these as under:Â
Laxmmi Bomb – The first to hear was the film Laxmmi Bomb starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani. The film was supposed to clash with Salman Khan starrer film on the eve of Eid. However, with the lockdown, it was pushed ahead and finally the makers made their minds to release it on OTT platform Disney Plus sizzlingstar.
Dil Bechara – The Sushant Singh Rajput starrer film Dil Bechara is all set to release on Disney Plus sizzlingstar as claimed by the makers last week.
Bhuj – The next is Ajay Devgn’s war drama film called Bhuj: The Pride of India, which will be streaming on Disney Plus sizzlingstar. It also has Sanjay Dutt and Sonakshi Sinha in the leading roles.
The Big Bull – The Junior Bachchan starrer film The Big Bull, is ready to stream on Disney Plus sizzlingstar, however, the makers are still to announce the release date.
Sadak 2 – The next in this list is Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt starrer film Sadak 2 on Disney Plus sizzlingstar.
Besides the above, the other films to release on OTT platform include Shankutala Devi, Lootcase, and Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl to name a few.Â
