Today, being 2nd October happens to be the 148th Birthday of Mahatma Gandhi whom we call as the Father of Nation. We therefore get to see a number of Bollywood celebrities who are seen on social media greeting and wishing their fans with the message that Mahatma Gandhi used to share with people and the nation. A few of the actors have been the part and parcel of many movies wherein they got the chance to play this man as well apart from some others who have been the part of such movies wherein they found Gandhi in it. Hence they had enough reasons to wish their fans and followers on this Big Day with their wishes.

Some of the B Town actors who took time from their busy schedule to share their views and ideas about the special day include Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Anupam Kher, Ajay Devgn and Anushka Sharma. These are not just the few names of the B Town celebrities who came to the microblogging site to express their ideas about celebrating this day. Anupam Kher was seen sharing a video wherein he was seen in the cleanliness activities in the town. Since the day has been observed as the cleanliness day as initiated by the Indian government, he was seen linking with it saying that all his life, Gandhiji had stood for cleanliness and further called it as a godliness.

On the other side, we got to hear about the Shivaay actor Ajay Devgn too using the same platform was seen sharing his ideas this day wherein he said that with cleanliness campaign, one can get the best way to celebrate this day. Extending his message over the microblogging site, his wife, Kajol too said that this is the best way to have peace in our life. SRK the King of Romance too said similar things about this day. Anushka Sharma & Riteish Deshmukh too were seen paying tribute to the great personality of India.
