The ongoing feud between Kangana Ranaut and Shiv Sena leader Mr. Sanjay Raut has been noticed in the media. The tough war of words between the two led to things like certain demolition of her office in Mumbai to which she called it barbaric and the death of democracy. She even targeted the Chief Minister Mr. Uddhay Thackeray and claimed that the state government and even Mumbai Police have been acting like foes against her.
After her office was targeted by the BMC, she filed a plea in the Bombay High Court demanding a compensation of INR 2 Crores from the civic body for the damages. However, the BMC has now responded saying that it is all about the abuse of power by the lady. They denied paying the said amount, while the Bombay High Court also dismissed the demand from the actress. The courts said that she is abusing the process of law by asking such things.
Earlier, the BMC officials have visited the office of Kangana and demolished the illegal construction. Soon the High Court intervened and put stay on this action. The BMC Claimed that the actress has been sent the notice for her illegal notice but she did not act on the same. They have even sent the notice for her home based in the suburbs of Khar. The BMC also had filed one return petition and said such demands are unjustified and cannot be entertained by the court. It was on 9th September when the BMC had demolished the office.
