Bigg Boss OTT: Shamita’s mother Sunanda Shetty enters the house, calls Nishant ‘Meethi Churi’ and Raqesh a gentleman
It was an emotional episode on Bigg Boss OTT since the contestants got to meet their loved ones. All the contests were asked to freeze every time a family member entered the BB OTT house.
During one of the rounds of the family special day, Shamita Shetty’s mother visited the house and had a heart-to-heart conversation with her daughter.
Shamita’s mother Sunanda Shetty looked very calm and composed when she entered the house. She praised all the housemates. She began by asking Raqesh how he was doing. Sunanda Shetty then tells him that Shamita and Raqesh are the talk of the town outside. She also counselled Raqesh to stay true to himself and not alter for the sake of others. She also requested that he stay in the game and make no adjustments.
Shamita’s mother also asked him to stick to his game whether it is good, bad or ugly. Sunanda Shetty praised him for opening up about his life when Nia Sharma was on the show, and encouraged him that he didn’t have to shout to be seen on the show.
When Shamita asked, isn’t Raqesh sweet? Shamita’s mom shared, “He is such a sweet man, he’s a gentleman.”
Shamita asked her mother if she is bossy as people in the house think she is, “Bossy from which angle, you have not come with golden horns on your head. You came in as a simple girl just as other participants. People are intimidated and you are a normal simple girl in the house. You don’t need to change yourself for others. I know who you are, let me tell you what the world thinks, you are, they think you are a queen as you are residing in their hearts. I know you don’t deserve many things that are hurled at you. Ups and downs are a part of life,” said Shamita’s mom.
Shamita also inquired her mother about sister Shilpa Shetty on which she said, “Shilpa is good, everyone is ok. She misses you a lot and we all are proud of you. She gets her daily updates from me when she is busy with her life. Just be happy and be who you are. Your instincts are so good. We missed a lot and I am not crying. You have to be stronger. I’ve seen you as a simple girl in the house, there was no airs about you.. I am strong, you are strong and we have three strong women in our house.”
Shamita’s mother thanked Neha for always being there for her daughter. She told Pratik that previously she used to think that he would be the loudest one in the house, however he is like a coconut, tough from outside, but soft from inside. Shamita’s mom then talked about Nishant and called him ‘Meethi Churi’.
