The film Bharat remains the most awaited movies in B Town this year and ever since it was announced in the media, it has become the talk of the town. Thanks to the presence of Salman Khan and the ensemble star cast more and more people talk about it. However, the film seems to be in a legal tangle just one week before the film is released in the screens. The controversy is over its title as a PIL has been filed against it.

As per reprots, A PIL has been filed on the title of the film by Vipin Tyagi demanding the change of the title. The PIL claimed that the film is the violation of Section 3 that deals with misusing the Emblems and Names act. It stated that the film’s title has been used for a commercial purpose and it should not be done so for the honor of the country. The PIL also had some objections against some dialogues in the film which were seen in the trailer.

The PIL said that Salman Khan has compared the country with his name in the film and it has therefore insulted the country. The petition also claims that patriotic sentiments of people and the country has been ruined with it therefore, the makers should change the title of the film along with changing the dialogue as well. The makers are yet to respond over the allegations, whereas Vipin was seen moving to the Delhi HIgh Court as the hearing is yet to be scheduled.
