Bhagyashree relates a dance performance to a scene from her movie ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’

Actress Bhagyashree recalled her old days from Maine Pyar Kiya on the sets of the dance reality show ‘DID Super Moms’.

Contestants Anila and Shweta performed the title song of “Dangal”, which left everyone surprised. Bhagyashree, who is one of the judges on the show, was able to recall her old times seeing their act and remembered her co-star Salman Khan. She went back to the old days and talked about her shooting days with the actor.

Talking about the performance, she said: “I think the concept you have presented today is a problem that many women in our country face at any moment. They get orders to look after household work after their wedding instead of receiving support to pursue their dreams. However, women like you show that they can accomplish anything they wish for with their hard work and perseverance. Anila, I am always surprised by your performance. How do you do it? Teach this to me as well. “

She further added, “I observed one more thing in your performance today. Your act exactly resembled Salman Khan.”

Maine Pyar Kiya, the film that came out in 1989, is a musical romance drama helmed by Suraj Barjatya. The movie is counted among the most iconic romance movies of all time. It gained loyal fans and viewers with time due to its songs, dialogues, and the magical chemistry between Salman and Bhagyashree.

Bhagyashree said that there was a jump in the performance which intrigued her because that move was a ditto copy of a scene from their film. In the scene, Salman is upset with her and exercising and jumps right back.

The same move by the contestant made her feel nostalgic as it reminded her of the good old days of the shoot.

The show ‘DID Super Moms’ premieres on Zee TV every Saturday and Sunday at 9 pm.
