veer

Well said “The more we avoid our mistakes, the more they comeback with a toughest strength to slap us” a meaningful statement but seems like impacting someone very special in the Bollywood. As the title depicts it’s all about our beloved Salman Khan who’s now seems to be in big trouble as of now, despite getting relief from his recent ‘Hit n Run’ case. So the trouble moves like this, you might remember Salman’smovie with a big name ‘Veer’ which hardly impressed some handful fans, and guess what the producer Vijay Galani has slapped a defamation case of 250Cr against Salman. Isn’t something really shocking?? Yes, it is but don’t know the reason behind this action? Check this out, the producer added that the actor was accusing him of causing mental agony, loss of reputation and misconduct in professional behavior – As per the sources.

However, if we flew along with the sources then believe the statements may give you a shock as soon as you read it. Check this out, Galani smashed his talks like this “I agreed to give Salman a signing amount of Rs 10 crores for Veer. In his entire career Salman had not received this kind of a signing amount. In fact his entire fee for Yuvraaj and Wanted and other films during that period was around 7-8 crores each. Even Salim Saab said this signing amount was unprecedented. Besides this amount we agreed that Salman would get Rs 15 crores if and when there is an overflow – profits made by the film.  Salman completed the film happily. And I sold the film to Eros Entertainment. Eros, Salman and I drew up a tri-party agreement that the first overflow amount of Rs 15 crores would go to Salman” – As per the sources. And though the movie was a flop so nobody has any rights to claim the money for the loss, but despite by the fact of understanding he still received a letter from Salman’s office stating for the original copy of the agreement. The producer initially just ignored the letter for a while but shockingly in April, he again received another letter stating that the actor finds the Rs 15 crore agreement ‘unacceptable’. Hold guys as the issue was not over till this, the matter was taken to the CINTAA – Cine and TV Artistes Association and Federation of Western Indian Cine Association. But, here the producer just ended up receiving a non-cooperation letter.

But, as of now the matter was magnifying fire and to get a relief from the hurdle the producer finally took the matter to the court and with a bit of relax the case was in favor of the producer but unfortunately the entire matter waited for long three years.
