Before Tunisha Sharma, Vaishali Takkar of Sasural Simar Ka fame committed suicide and was discovered dead on October 16, 2022. The actress who was found hanging in her Indore house was just 30 years old and was going to get married soon. Police officials stated that she took this major step after being abused by her ex-fiance, Rahul Navlani.
2. Kushal Punjabi
One of the known faces from the TV industry, actor Kushal Punjabi, who also appeared in the Star Plus show “Santaan,” killed himself on December 26, 2019. He was reportedly going through depression and other mental health issues. Kushal has appeared in Bollywood films as well as on small screens.
3. Pratyusha Banerjee
Pratyusha Banerjee shot to fame with her character Anandi in Colors TV’s popular show Balika Vadhu. The 24-year-old actress was having a good professional life, but her messed-up personal life wasn’t known to many. It was reported that her partner, Rahul Raj Singh, used to physically abuse her, which compelled her to end her life. She committed suicide on April 1, 2016, after which her postmortem reports revealed an early pregnancy. It is believed that she wanted a happy married life with her unborn child.
4. Sushant Singh Rajput
Sushant Singh Rajput was an ambitious actor, and no one ever thought the actor would choose to end his life one day. He was simply unstoppable, from gaining popularity through the TV show Pavitra Rishta to winning hearts in his debut Bollywood film Kai Po Che. He passed away due to suicide on June 14, 2020, at his Bandra home, leaving the industry hell-shocked. Several actresses, like Rhea Chakraborty and Ankita Lokhande, had a tough time dealing with trolls after his demise. Even the producer, Karan Johar, was targeted by Kangana Ranaut for nepotism at that time.
Talking about the sad demise of Tunisha Sharma, several theories about her death have surfaced on the internet. Her co-star Muhammed Sheezan Khan is arrested after her mother’s complaint and is having a tough time. Police officials said that the actor is not cooperating with them in the interrogation process.
