Mumbai Makes Its First Move With Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

The Closeup First Move Party 2016 was a star-studded affair yet again, with the presence of the nation’s heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor, the star of the much-awaited movie – ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ which releases this Diwali on 28th October, 2016. The movie has been the talk-of-the-town since its teaser launch and Ranbir brought the party mode on by bringing his character Ayan to life!

 

The teaser of the film showcased the journey of Alizeh and Ayan, as they navigate through the trails of life. They meet one night and form a connection over humour, angst and a shared love of everything Bollywood. So it would be hard to disagree that it does take some common interest to make your first move count. Charm, charisma and a confident step towards your romantic interest can make all the difference!

 

At the Closeup First Move Party, Ranbir Kapoor spoke about his film and picked three lucky girls from the audience for a quick dance. Excited to be at the party, Ranbir Kapoor said, “I feel the association of Closeup with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is a perfect fit. The film is all about forming connections and bonds, and the first step to it all, is making the first move. I am really excited for the launch of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and am glad that I got the opportunity to interact with so many students at the Closeup First Move Party 2016.”

 

The party also witnessed a musical extravaganza as Armaan Malik, one of the brightest singing sensations of the country took the oomph factor up a notch. The crowd also swooned to popular hits by the extremely talented singer Aditi Singh Sharma. Ending with a bang as DJ Chetas brought his renowned sense of edginess to famous dance numbers, making way for the perfect sundowner. Through the evening, VJ Yudi (Yuuthistar) and VJ Bani also played the cupid and shared exciting first move tips to help the youth make the best first move.
