BAFTA 2021: Late Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor Bagged Awards in Memorium segment

The year 2020 had been the worst year for B Town. It had witnessed the passage of many Big time B Town celebrities and veteran actors. These included Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor both losing their lives against the fatal disease of cancer. Considering them as veterans and the late actors, the 74th British Academy Film Awards felt like paying tribute to the duo in their Memorium segment this past Sunday.

The moment the British award platform announced the same, the fans turned emotional and were quick to express their feelings. While they also thanked the academy to present them the award. Well, let’s check the reactions coming on this for the late actors as under:

The emotional fans remembered the powerful performances of the late actors like Irrfan Khan in Lunhbox  and Rishi Kapoor in other movies. The fans applauded both the late actors and also said how they are missing them all. Besides the two, the award function has a number of actors like George Segal, Yaphet Kotto, Sean Connery, Olivia de Havilland, Barbara Windsor, Alan Parker, Kirk Douglas, Max von Sydow, Chadwick Boseman and Christopher Plummer.
