Badla box office prediction: The Big B & Taapsee Pannu is likely to earn less on day one
The trio – Big B, Tapsee Pannu and Sujoy Ghosh are back once again for the film Badla. The crime thriller is all set to hit tomorrow, which is a remake of a Spanish movie called The Invincible Guest released in 2016. The film is produced under the Shah Rukh Khan’s banner Red Chillies Entertainment. As per the trade pundits, the film is expected to attract a select audience and thus would have an average collection on the first day. As per the trade pundits and experts, the film Badla will earn not more than 3 Crores.
It will only attract a multiplex audience and not single screens or small town screens. Only the urban crowd is expected to turn up in decent number but will not make the collection high on the first day. However, the first-weekend collection would depend much over upon the word of mouth buzz found in the media. After Pink, the duo Amitabh Bachchan and Tapsee Pannu are back in this crime thriller, which will be the reason to create a buzz in the media. Thanks to their huge fan following that can work for the film. Let’s not forget the fan following of Sujoy Ghost who has always impressed the audience with good movies.
The year 2018 had a mixed response for Big B. He was seen in 102 Not OUT that brought Rishi Kapoor with him at the silver screens. Also, his next film Thugs of Hindostan with Aamir Khan failed to impress the audience thus getting a low figure at the box office. The trailer of Badla has much to reveal, and it claims that sooner or later the film will lift and end up giving a decent collection at the box office. Let’s see how things would move, but the moment the picture seems gloomy in terms of box office collection.
