Review

This reimagining of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan by Ali Abbas Zafar ditches the lighthearted comedy of the 1998 original and injects a high-octane dose of action and modern threats. Gone is the lighthearted villain; enter Kabir, a masked mastermind with a dangerous agenda – world domination through an army of AI soldiers. Our heroes, Firoz and Rakesh, two elite but undisciplined soldiers, must recover a stolen weapon to stop him.

Action Heroes Reborn

Akshay Kumar steps into the shoes of the senior officer, channeling both tactical genius and spontaneity, while Tiger Shroff brings the Govinda-esque charm with his sassy one-liners.

Balancing Act: Comedy and Thrills

While the film is an action-thriller at its core, it doesn’t shy away from comedic moments. Akshay embodies the responsible leader, while Tiger injects playful humor reminiscent of the 90s.

Empowered Women

The film boasts three strong female characters, each playing a pivotal role. Manushi Chhillar shines as the lead, delivering both action and elegance. Sonakshi Sinha’s character remains shrouded in mystery, promising a surprising reveal. Alaya F brings some light-hearted humor with her quirky personality.

Action Extravaganza:

The Bhagnanis, Deepshikha and Zafar haven’t skimped on action. From a tank attack in the opening scene to a breathtaking climax, the film delivers explosive stunts and sequences best experienced on the big screen. Don’t miss Akshay’s jaw-dropping bike stunt, reminiscent of Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible.

A Mass Entertainer:

Ali Abbas Zafar crafts a film perfect for single-screen cinemas. Punchy dialogues and patriotic themes are sure to resonate with audiences. Zafar delivers a “paisa-vasool” (value for money) entertainer – the biggest action film of the year.

Why Watch?

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan offers a star-studded cast, larger-than-life action, witty dialogues, bromance, breathtaking visuals, and a captivating story. With a formidable villain and unexpected twists, this film promises a blockbuster Eid experience. So, grab your tickets and prepare to be entertained!
