Babita Ji aka Munmun Datta of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame buys a new house in Mumbai!
Munmun Dutta is well known for her role as Babita Ji in the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma. The actress has made a reputation for herself in the profession and is now a household name. The actress has also become one of the most popular digital celebrities. She just put another feather to her cap by purchasing a new home in Mumbai.
The actress made the revelation on her Instagram account in a late Diwali post. She posted a series of photos in which she is seen wearing a lovely yellow and pink patterned lehenga with a sequinned shirt. Aside from that, she showed off her new home and its balcony, which was decked out in lights.
She wrote, “New Home New Beginnings. Thus a late Diwali post ..Moved into my new home, in the middle of a hectic shoot schedule, fell super ill, recovered.. but absolutely thrilled to start a new journey in my new home. It’s been a dream come true.”
The actress also shared how she celebrated Diwali with her close friends and her mother, “Took a much needed break from social media, spent quality time with Maa and my closest people, spent a quiet Diwali with them in my own way.”
She further wrote, “Starting from ground zero without any help to reaching wherever I am today, I am super proud of myself. My hard work and sincerity paid off and I am blessed. Hope you all had a great Diwali.”
