This Friday, we had two films releasing and one of the major ones was the Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer film Baaghi 3. The film did a decent opening with the collection reaching to 17.50 Crores on the first day, while the second day witnessed a bit of dip as the collection went on to score around 16.03 Crores. However, Sunday witnessed a decent collection for being a holiday scoring around 20.30 Crores giving a decent collection.
With these figures, the first weekend box office collection for Baaghi 3 went on to score around 53.83 Crores. However, the collection went a bit low as the makers were eyeing to score more on the first weekend and with the rest two days having Holi on Tuesday getting somewhere closer to the 100 Crore Club. Perhaps the dipping of the film’s collection on the second day which remains a rare view for any action film. Otherwise, it could have scored better.
Now, the owners are expecting a decent footfall for Tuesday for the Holi Holiday and somewhere expect around 35 to 40 Crores on these two days taking the tally close to 100 Crores. With this, we see Sajid Nadiadwala and Ahmed Khan coming together once again for Baaghi 3 with good expectations. Now, its time to check how would the collection go in the upcoming next two days. On the other side, the film has not faced any competition from anyone as the other movie released called Kaamyaab had little impact on the screens. So, for the picture seems rosy, will it continue only time will tell.
