The Uri Attacks had its own repercussions, right from forcing the Pak based actors to leave the country to the cancellation of Atif Aslam Concert, there are much more to see in the coming times. As per the latest buzz, the Akhil Bhariya Hindu Kranti Dal, which is a non-political group, has had a meeting at Gurgaon Deputy Commissioner office wherein the message of deferring the concert was sent out to the organizers.
The moment the message from the Deputy Commissioner office was received, the organisers denied having any concert as they have already cancelled the show considering the fresh hostility conditions between the two countries. The show was to be orgnaised at the Leisure Valley Park at Gurgaon on 15th October.
The group Akhil Bharitya Hindu Kranti Dal claims to have around 32,000 workers all across the states like Haryana, Bihar, Odisha, Gujarat and Uttarkhand and it prides itself in promoting the values of Hinduism along with addressing a number of other issues like poverty alleviation, dowry issues and other things.
However, the concert is not the first event to be cancelled in Gurgaon due to the opposition by such groups on the wake of having a Pakistani artist. Similar incident took place when Sabri brothers were supposed to perform last year due to the opposition of Shiv Sena in Mumbai.
